Sales Representative
Full-time. Commission-based with performance draws. Roofing sales — residential and storm restoration.
- Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and provided leads.
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and identify storm or wear-related damage.
- Walk homeowners through the insurance claim and roof replacement process.
- Meet with adjusters, negotiate scopes, and close signed contracts.
- Manage jobs from signed agreement through installation and final collection.
- Hungry, coachable, and self-motivated — grit matters more than a résumé.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
- Strong communication and closing instincts.
- Prior sales or construction experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Uncapped commission with weekly draws available
